Perfect location if you are headed to Universal Studios. We loved that it was right next to the station, only a 1-minute walk to our hotel from Universal City station. It made it so convenient to get to and from the park, just a quick 2-minute walk to the Universal Studios gate. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the toiletries provided were extensive and adorable. We also appreciated the vending machines and microwave on our floor. The hotel staff was efficient and allowed us to leave our bags before check-in, and when we returned, our bags were already in our rooms. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its perfect location and reasonable price.

The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, with toiletries provided. The location was superb due to the hotel's proximity to train stations, shopping and dining venues. With friendly staff who catered to needs of guests, our stay was thoroughly comfortable.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dusty carpets and trash overlooked by housekeeping staff. the absence of halal food options and separate utensils at the hotel restaurant could be improved to cater to more diverse groups of tourists.

Plus, the toiletries provided were really cute!
The spotty wifi, which made it difficult to look up travel information sometimes.
